How to Set Up Payment Billing for Your Zest Account: Concierge

Managing billing for your Zest account is simple and fully in your hands. Whether you're running a gifting storefront, managing corporate gifting projects through Concierge, or both, this guide covers everything you need to get set up and stay on top of your billing.

Purchasing Products Separately vs. Bundled

Zest's product lines are available as separate purchases or together at a bundled rate:

  • Storefronts is available as a standalone product.

  • Corporate Gifting (Concierge) is available as a standalone product. Billing may include portal setup fees, per-order fees, or subscription charges depending on your plan.

  • Brands using both product lines together may qualify for bundled pricing.

Tip: If you started with one Zest product and later added the other, contact your Zest account representative to ask about adjusting to bundled pricing β€” you may be eligible for savings.

Managing Your Billing

If your account includes a Zest platform subscription, you can manage it directly:

  1. Go to Settings form your Zest Partners portal.

  2. Select the Billing tab.

  3. Click Settings next to Manage your subscription settings to open the billing portal, where you can update payment details, view invoices, and manage your subscription plan.

Your platform subscription billing cycle (e.g., monthly or annual) is managed through the billing portal.

Note: The Billing tab only appears if your account includes a platform subscription. If you don't see it, contact your Zest representative.

Contacting Support for Billing Questions

If you have questions about your billing, invoices, or payment setup, your Zest account representative is your best first contact. They can help you:

  • Set up or update your payment method.

  • Adjust your plan or explore bundled pricing eligibility.

  • Clarify your billing cycle and fee structure.

  • Resolve invoice discrepancies or answer questions about specific charges.
