Heads up! Each Zest instance can only connect to one Shopify store. If you run or manage multiple brands or Shopify stores, you'll need a separate Zest instance for each, which may incur added costs.

Zest supports merchants who operate more than one Shopify store β whether you manage multiple brands, regional storefronts, or separate B2B and DTC operations.
Because each Zest instance connects to a single Shopify store, you'll need a dedicated Zest instance for each store. You can access all of your instances under one login, making it easy to switch between brands without juggling separate credentials.
What to Know Before You Start
Before setting up multiple instances, keep the following in mind:
Each Zest instance supports only one Shopify store β you cannot connect multiple stores to a single instance.
Each instance has its own settings configuration, including shipping rules, Stripe connection, and Parent Order prefix.
You can switch between instances using a dropdown menu β no need to log out and back in.
Historical data, product imports, and order records are stored separately per instance
Setting Up a New Zest Instance for an Additional Shopify Store
Once your request for an additional account is approved, your Zest account manager will generate the additional instance.
To configure this additional account, you will need to follow along with our onboarding documentation.
Switching Between Instances
Once you have multiple instances set up, you can move between them without logging out.
Log in to your Zest account.
Locate the instance dropdown in the navigation β it displays the name of your currently active instance.
Select the instance you want to manage from the dropdown list.
