Has a customer placed an order via a storefront and needs to share it with others so they can see order details, tracking information, and receipts? Then you or the customer can use the Share feature in the Order.
Customer View
Go to the order you’d like to share.
Click Share.
Enter the email of the person you’d like to share the order with and click Invite. The email address you enter will receive an email notification.
Brand View
Go to the order you’d like to share.
Click Actions, then click Share.
Enter the email of the person you’d like to share the order with and click Invite. The email address you enter will receive an email notification.
Shared Order View
The email address of the customer who placed the order will appear under the Parent Order number.
The user with whom the order was shared is now able to print and download information from this order.
Note: The user with whom the order was shared cannot share the order with others.
