Different scheduled dates for each recipient

Zest enables customers to set scheduled dates for their gifts. This is the date that all their gifts will be sent to each of their recipients. However, sometimes customers want to pick different dates for each recipient for birthdays, work anniversaries, etc. This help article covers how to do that in Zest.

Zest allows individual scheduled dates for gifts uploaded via CSV with the column header “Scheduled Date”.

Direct Ship Scheduled Date

Customers can add a column to the Zest CSV template titled “Scheduled Date.” Customers can then set different dates for each row. Zest will then import this CSV and assign a date per recipient. This function can be used in a Storefront or Concierge Order.

> When you have shipping rules enabled in Zest (e.g. you only ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday), customers will need to fix any incorrectly selected dates.

E-gift Schedule Date

The Schedule Date column can also be used to schedule a date for an e-gift recipient to receive their e-gift notification.

When uploaded to the Storefront, the Scheduling section of the Storefront will update to select the option of Send e-gift at dates specificed in CSV upload.

E-gifts can only be purchased and sent from a Storefront.
